Our Early Learning Programs consist of our three California State Preschool Programs and our two Collaborative Preschool Programs.
Our After School Program is offered to any child who attends an elementary school in the Saugus Union School District in grades Transitional Kindergarten through 6th grade at their school of attendance. Yearly Registration Fee: $50 per child
The Child Development Program will be offering Enrichment opportunities for After School during the Spring.

IMPORTANT: You may only choose an enrichment class that is offered at your child's school of attendance. Your child may not attend a class at another school site.
All Enrichment sections will go live at the determined Registration Time. Some classes are showing as featured classes but all classes will be shown at the opening of registration.
We are so excited to announce that the Child Development Program will be hosting After School Enrichment classes for the SPRING 2026 Session. Class sessions will begin the week of February 23, 2026 and end on May 1, 2026. The classes will be 60 minutes long and operate for 8 weeks.
There will be no enrichment classes during the week of March 30 - April 3 (parent teacher conference week) or April 6-10 (Spring Break).

Our goal is to provide enrichment opportunities for our students in five focus areas over the course of a school year: STEM, Arts, Culture, Music, and Wellness. You will see that courses fall into some but not all focus areas. As we continue to expand our programs, more courses will be offered in a variety of focus areas throughout the school year.
Course titles and days will be listed below in your specific school site link when registration opens. Please note - because we want to ensure more students have access to courses, families will initially only be able to register for a SINGLE class per student. Course session ending numbers reflect the grade level for the particular class. For example S26MV1st-3rd is a class available for 1st and 2nd grade students. A class with the number S26NPW3to6 would be a class available for 3rd through 6th grade students. The site code is also in the course title, NP for North Park, MV for Mountainview. Please be sure that you are registering in the correct school location where your child attends. Incorrect registrations for a specific school site will be deleted from the system. Students may not attend an enrichment course offered at a different school site location.
Codes: If you are issued a CODE via a parent square notification, that code is specific to you and may not be shared with others. Please input the code during the registration process.
We are looking forward to a wonderful SPRING session of engaging and exciting enrichment courses.
Enrollment: Students will be able to enroll in one class during the SPRING After School Enrichment session. If students are enrolled in more than one class, our staff will remove the extra classes from the ELEYO registration system without notification. Classes will operate from the week of February 23rd through May 1st.
Behavior Expectations: All students are expected to follow school expectations. If students are struggling with behaviors that impede the instructors ability to teach and/or peers to enjoy the enrichment class, parent/caregiver will be contacted to allow for conversations and reminders to be given from home. If the behavior continues, the parent will be contacted again and the student will be dropped from the remainder of the classes/presentations.
Absence Policy: If your child will be absent from an enrichment class, please notify the instructor and/or the school site. No refunds or credits are offered for absences. If your student is a no show to the first class and the parent hasn't contacted the department, they may be dropped from the class.
Cancellation/ Refund Policy (If payment is required): The payment for the enrichment class will be processed upon submission and acceptance of the contract. All payments are non-refundable. Refunds or adjustments will not be made for withdrawal from the enrichment program, to include, but not limited to absences, illnesses, quarantine, suspensions or district mandated site closures.
Waitlist: If a course is at capacity you will automatically be placed on the waitlist. Please note that the system will require you to input your payment information to complete the contract request. Your card will not be charged unless there becomes space available in the course and your child is removed from the waitlist and placed in the class.
Pick up Procedures: Please promptly be at the pick up location at dismissal time for your child's enrichment course. Students not promptly picked up at dismissal of the enrichment course will be brought to the front office for pick up. You must bring your ID to show proper authorization.
